These cute mini rolls are a great idea for Kris Kringle & smaller quick projects. Cut into 1.5" strips there are enough strips to make a Christmas Stocking. Other packs are available in 2.5" squares (360/box) & included in the pack is a pattern to make pin cushions. There are a variety of ranges available: Migration, Collections for a Cure & Astor Manor
Japanese Panels - I am addicted to Japanese fabrics. Most of the time I think in terms of what I can make to wear from some of the gorgeous bolts that arrive in store. Both panels are available & retail for $34 each.
Two books arrived in this week (10 July) 'Sizzling Sixties' & 'Stop, Drop & Roll' & they feature some great quick quilts to make using Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, etc.
American Folk fabric (right) is approx 54" wide & retails for $49/m
I have been awaiting the arrival of Moda's new range:
"Rouenneries' by designers French General -
The full range arrives on bolts in October. In the meantime there are books, Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, Promo Packs & Dessert Rolls (arrived in store 10 July). If you would like to see the full range via PDF then click here.
Along with the range, I have purchased all the Linens & Silky Cottons & I couldn't resist the kits of the quilt pictured below bottom right.
Bronwyn Hayes's latest Block of the Month Quilt 'Gingham Girls' is currently being made by me! Though because I'm not good at reading patterns & organizing block of the month programs, I've actually been banned from constructing this quilt. I have picked the first few fabrics though. Have a sneak at what I've managed to embroider so far. We are taking names for this new BOM which will start in September for $38/m posted for 12 months. More information will be available soon!
Three Sister's new 'Glace' has arrived in the form of American Fat quarters (which means they are cut to the 1/4yard instead of the 1/4m) Jelly Rolls, Turnovers & Charm Squares. There are also fat quarter bundles of Moda's 'Authentic' by Sweetwater & charm squares pictured above.
Coming into store the week of 20 July are these gorgeous fabrics by Australian Fabric Designer "Saffron Craig" - the base cloth is white & the prints very clear. It is exciting to be able to offer Australian fabrics of high quality.
